Responsibilities: 
  • Interact professionally with providers and ancillary staff to address inquiries and concerns related to provider enrollment. 
  • Process assigned applications and maintenance requests in a timely manner. 
  • Identify deficiencies in applications and work with providers to make necessary corrections. 
  • Respond to inquiries regarding application status. 
  • Contact providers via phone to resolve enrollment application deficiencies.
