Job title: ServiceNow Business Process Consultant

Location: Plano/San Antonio, TX (fully on-site)

Pay Rate: $50-53/hr

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Process Consultant or a similar role.
  • Proven experience in implementing and configuring ServiceNow ITSM modules.
  • Hands-on experience with process mining tools and techniques.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Now Assist implementation and optimization.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of ITIL framework and other ITSM best practices.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript) and workflow development.
  • Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
  • Experience with API integrations and web services.
