Job Title: OSP Engineer - III
Duration: 12 -24 months of Contract (possibility of extension)
Locations: Richardson-TX

Description:
Must Have Skill:
- Minumum of 3 years experience with reading/interpreting fiber construction as-builts and fiber splicing cut sheets or schematics.
- Minumum of 3 years experience with modifying and creating linear and point features and attributes from documentation in 3GIS or similar GIS application.
- Able to work independently on multiple projects within organizational practices and guidelines.
Desired Skill:
- Conduct Research to locate and obtain existing feature sets.
- Provide GIS (Geographic Information Systems) analysis and services.
- Prepare custom maps and diagrams from GIS data.
- Gather, analyze, and integrate spatial data.
- Analytical Skills - The ability to resolve problems associated with given task.
Education/Certifications:
- Requires High school degree and 4 years or more job-related experience or degree in related field.
- A combination of education and applicable work experience may be acceptable.
- ArcGIS certification a plus.
