About the Role:

• As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of team and internal projects. You will coordinate major launch milestones, maintain and enhance program performance, and guide clients through key decisions.
• Additionally, you will work on process improvements and identify internal client needs to the technology team.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal clients and teams to launch, maintain, and enhance complex programs
• Manage and update Project Schedule, Issues/Action Items/Risks, Installation Checklist, and Shipping Register
• Identify and articulate new customer needs to the technology team
• Manage all aspects of implementation including ordering equipment, overseeing installation, assisting with account creation, managing communications, and reconciling inventory
• Ensure deliverables are completed per the implementation schedule
• Conduct training for customers

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field
• 10 years of experience in program operation roles with 3+ years in a program management capacity 
• In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree 
• Ability to recognize, analyze, and solve a variety of problems
• Proficient in project planning and life cycle development 
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal 
• Ability to train and mentor others 
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) 

Pay Range:
$70 - $80/hr.
