Position Details:

Job Title: Enrollment Specialist (Customer Care Specialist)

Location: Austin, TX 78727 - Onsite

Duration: 6+ months (Higher possibilities of getting extended)

Pay Rate Range: $20-21/hr.

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Care Specialist.
The ideal candidate will have experience processing enrollment applications in the Healthcare Insurance, Workers' Compensation, or Medicaid markets.
This role requires interacting professionally with providers and ancillary staff to ensure timely and appropriate responses to inquiries and concerns regarding provider enrollment and file maintenance for Medicaid programs.

Responsibilities:

Interact professionally with providers to address inquiries and concerns related to provider enrollment.
Process assigned applications and maintenance requests in a timely manner.
Identify deficiencies in applications and communicate with providers for corrections.
Respond to inquiries regarding application status.
Contact providers via phone to resolve enrollment application deficiencies.
Adhere to Quality Assurance program guidelines to ensure high-quality processing.
Make recommendations to improve efficiency of processes.
Maintain confidentiality of information as per HIPAA requirements.
Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Education Qualification:

Minimum of 6 months of experience enrolling and credentialing healthcare providers.
