• Provide technical support to patients and healthcare professionals regarding remote patient support systems.
• Handle high-volume inbound calls while maintaining professionalism and patience.
• Troubleshoot device-related concerns and provide step-by-step guidance to customers.
• Accurately document customer interactions in the system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer concerns are resolved efficiently.
• Utilize strong listening and computer skills to provide effective support.
• Multitask between various systems while assisting patients and resolving inquiries.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate’s degree with 3-5 years of experience will be considered.
• 1-2 years of experience in technical support, operational support, customer service, or sales support.
• Medical background preferred but not required (candidates with sales or tech support backgrounds will be considered).
• Excellent customer service skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly.

Pay Range: $28/hr. - $32/hr
