- Provide technical support to patients and healthcare professionals regarding remote patient support systems.
- Handle high-volume inbound calls while maintaining professionalism and patience.
- Troubleshoot device-related concerns and provide step-by-step guidance to customers.
- Accurately document customer interactions in the system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer concerns are resolved efficiently.
- Utilize strong listening and computer skills to provide effective support.
- Multitask between various systems while assisting patients and resolving inquiries.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate’s degree with 3-5 years of experience will be considered.
- 1-2 years of experience in technical support, operational support, customer service, or sales support.
- Medical background preferred but not required (candidates with sales or tech support backgrounds will be considered).
- Excellent customer service skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly.
Pay Range: $28/hr. - $32/hr
