About the Role:

  • Seeking a Project Manager to join the Global Marketing Oncology New Products Team.
  • The role involves overseeing the launch management of new assets targeting unmet needs in cancer patients globally and driving Global-Regional-Local engagement.
  • The ideal candidate will lead project management efforts, implement governance frameworks, manage risks, and ensure effective communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Asset and Coordinating GRL activities across the portfolio of New Oncology Assets. 
  • Implement a Launch Governance Framework for new product launches.
  • Track progress of functional teams against brand and organizational priorities. 
  • Lead project management to support robust engagement among global, regional, and local markets on Oncology New Products.
  • Monitor and update GRL approach, providing visibility of evolving global commercial team meetings. 
  • Create communication plans and materials for Global-Regional-Local engagement and collaboration. 
  • Identify opportunities for performance optimization to accelerate execution and support brand goals.

Education Qualification:

  • BA Required; MBA/equivalent Master's-level education a bonus.
  • 7+ years of pharma and commercial experience; Oncology experience preferred. 
  • 7+ years of strong project/program management skills in a pharmaceutical launch setting;
  • Oncology experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated history of supporting or managing projects with transformational impacts.
  • Clear communication skills, accountability, adaptability, self-motivation, and ability to drive collaboration. 

Pay Range:
$40-$48/hr.
