About the Role:
- Seeking a Project Manager to join the Global Marketing Oncology New Products Team.
- The role involves overseeing the launch management of new assets targeting unmet needs in cancer patients globally and driving Global-Regional-Local engagement.
- The ideal candidate will lead project management efforts, implement governance frameworks, manage risks, and ensure effective communication.
Responsibilities:
- Asset and Coordinating GRL activities across the portfolio of New Oncology Assets.
- Implement a Launch Governance Framework for new product launches.
- Track progress of functional teams against brand and organizational priorities.
- Lead project management to support robust engagement among global, regional, and local markets on Oncology New Products.
- Monitor and update GRL approach, providing visibility of evolving global commercial team meetings.
- Create communication plans and materials for Global-Regional-Local engagement and collaboration.
- Identify opportunities for performance optimization to accelerate execution and support brand goals.
Education Qualification:
- BA Required; MBA/equivalent Master's-level education a bonus.
- 7+ years of pharma and commercial experience; Oncology experience preferred.
- 7+ years of strong project/program management skills in a pharmaceutical launch setting;
- Oncology experience preferred.
- Demonstrated history of supporting or managing projects with transformational impacts.
- Clear communication skills, accountability, adaptability, self-motivation, and ability to drive collaboration.
Pay Range:
$40-$48/hr.
