Description:
  • This position will support a new product development project as a supplier quality engineer.
  • The role will be working with new components and raw materials – developing supplier relationships, inspection methods and supplier qualifications.
  • This position will require the engineer to work with internal stakeholders to ensure inspections are occurring to meet project timelines.
  • The position will review and approve documentation and investigate nonconformances.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Organization and support of inspection and documentation review
  • Technical support for inspectors and inspection activities.
  • Support project deliverables including qualification of components.
 
Key Requirements:
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability work with cross functional teams
  • Strong attention to detail and requirements for documentation reviews
  • Experience with inspection activities
  • Strong communication experience to support working with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
 
Requirement:
  • 2-5 years’ experience minimum in R&D or Quality role c.
  • Bachelor level degree in an Engineering Discipline or other Technical Field i. Preferred BS in Mechanical Engineering (ME) or Biomedical Medical (BME) or related science-based discipline.

 

Pay Range:

  • $35-40/Hr
