Position: Workday Implementation Project Manager
Location: Ashburn, VA 20147 (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 months (Possibility of extension)
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of Workday Recruiting.
- Be a consultant for Workday related configuration testing.
- Utilize agile methodologies to manage project tasks, sprints, and deliverables.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure smooth transition to production.
Must Haves:
- 5+ years of project management experience, with a focus on HR systems implementation.
- RECENT experience with Workday Recruiting implementation preferably on a global scale.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
Nice to Haves:
- PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- Familiar with AI systems and global requirements
- Experience with other Workday modules, such as HCM, Payroll, or Benefits.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or similar.
