About the Role:
• We are seeking a dedicated individual for the H&PS Level 13 position to provide assistance to Medicaid providers and clients.
• This role involves answering inquiries related to eligibility, medical claims, and program questions in a prompt and courteous manner.
• The ideal candidate must be available for any 8-hour shift between 7 am to 7 pm and should be willing to work in the office.

Responsibilities:
• Provide unbiased assistance to Medicaid providers and clients
• Answer questions regarding eligibility, medical claims status, and program inquiries
• Assist with problem resolution as needed
• Respond to phone inquiries promptly and courteously
• Document all encounters in clear and concise online logs
• Transfer callers to other Call Center units when necessary
• Meet individual performance standards
• Maintain strict attendance and performance metrics
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Education Qualification:
• High school diploma or equivalent Required

• Prior customer service experience is a plus
