About the Role:• We are seeking a dedicated individual for the H&PS Level 13 position to provide assistance to Medicaid providers and clients.• This role involves answering inquiries related to eligibility, medical claims, and program questions in a prompt and courteous manner.• The ideal candidate must be available for any 8-hour shift between 7 am to 7 pm and should be willing to work in the office.Responsibilities:• Provide unbiased assistance to Medicaid providers and clients• Answer questions regarding eligibility, medical claims status, and program inquiries• Assist with problem resolution as needed• Respond to phone inquiries promptly and courteously• Document all encounters in clear and concise online logs• Transfer callers to other Call Center units when necessary• Meet individual performance standards• Maintain strict attendance and performance metrics• Perform other duties as assigned by managementEducation Qualification:• High school diploma or equivalent RequiredSkills:• Excellent communication skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Strong problem-solving skills• Attention to detail• Ability to meet performance standards• Prior customer service experience is a plus
