Responsibilities:
  1. Provide unbiased assistance to Medicaid providers and clients
  2. Answer questions regarding eligibility, medical claims status, and program inquiries
  3. Assist with problem resolution as needed
  4. Respond to phone inquiries promptly and courteously
  5. Document all encounters in clear and concise online logs
  6. Transfer callers to other Call Center units when necessary
  7. Meet individual performance standards
  8. Maintain strict attendance and performance metrics
  9. Perform other duties as assigned by management
Required Skills:

  3. Strong problem-solving skills

  5. Ability to meet performance standards
  6. Prior customer service experience is a plus
