About the Role:
- We are looking for an HR Operations Analyst to join our HRA Global Operations Team. This role focuses on providing operational support to HR and requires a problem solver who can enhance processes and systems to optimize service delivery for our customers and partners.
Responsibilities:
- Work within queue to assign and close out data-related tickets promptly
- Lead data clean-up and auditing projects, collaborating with Program Leads to meet deadlines
- Coordinate HR efforts for entity merge/name change projects directed by Finance PMO
- Support data movement between core HR systems and downstream systems, reviewing integration errors
- Conduct regular HR data integrity audits and update HR systems
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with SOX and internal control guidelines for all transactions
- Analyze business process issues, make recommendations for system updates and process improvements
- Document and map processes, regularly review them, and suggest improvements
Education Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Pay Range : $30-$35/hr.
