About the Role:

We are looking for an HR Operations Analyst to join our HRA Global Operations Team. This role focuses on providing operational support to HR and requires a problem solver who can enhance processes and systems to optimize service delivery for our customers and partners.

Responsibilities:

Work within queue to assign and close out data-related tickets promptly
Lead data clean-up and auditing projects, collaborating with Program Leads to meet deadlines
Coordinate HR efforts for entity merge/name change projects directed by Finance PMO
Support data movement between core HR systems and downstream systems, reviewing integration errors
Conduct regular HR data integrity audits and update HR systems
Ensure accuracy and compliance with SOX and internal control guidelines for all transactions
Analyze business process issues, make recommendations for system updates and process improvements
Document and map processes, regularly review them, and suggest improvements

Education Qualification:

Pay Range : $30-$35/hr.
