About the Role:

  • We are seeking a competent individual to join our team as a CR1 Dispatcher.
  • The primary responsibilities of this role include answering phones for both public and internal customers, documenting and dispatching work requests, monitoring environmental alarms, assisting with patient transport workflow, and participating in special projects to support the department.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones for public and internal customers 
  • Documenting and dispatching work requests 
  • Monitoring environmental alarms (doors, gates, parking lot intercoms, CCTV)
  • Assisting with patient transport workflow
  • Leading or participating in special projects
  • Providing feedback to leadership on process improvements
  • Filling in for CR1's on any shift
  • Performing all duties in a competent, professional, and courteous manner

Education Qualification:

  • High School Diploma/GED Equivalent

Required Skills:

  • Ability to handle difficult situations and provide conflict resolution 
  • Excellent customer service skills 
  • Ability to read and write in English 
  • Ability to comprehend verbal and written communications 
  • Experience in administrative support or customer service preferred 
  • Healthcare, call center, or dispatch service experience preferred 
  • 1+ year of experience required 

Pay Range: $15 - $18/hr.
