Job Description:

To apply manual checks in the system and deposit the checks using Remote Deposit Systems

To apply incoming wires, ACH and EFT
-
To post entries into system of records
-
Vendor account maintenance: to prepare vendor payment reporting etc.

Imaging backup maintenance: to ensure the integrity of document imaging (such as journal entries backup etc.)

Unapplied Cash application research: to assist in researching open items and outstanding checks in Suspense account
