Terms: 6 - 9 Months    

MUST HAVES    

  • 3-5+ years experience with customer service in enterprise banking or financial call center environment  
  • Strong soft skills – client delight focused  
  • Multitasker, especially between computer systems  
  • Receptive to feedback, growth minded, trainable, willing to learn.  
  • Proactive communication – on time, engaged.  
  • Self-motivated – works independently.
