Title - Quality Auditing Representative
Location - San Antonio, TX 78249 (Hybrid Role: 60% office/ 40% WFH)
Duration - 10 months + Possible extension
Schedule - Shift hours: Basic Business Hours
Start Date: ASAP

Pay Range: $ 15/hr - $17/hr

About the Role:
We are seeking a CL: 12 Products to join our team in San Antonio, TX. This is a hybrid role with 60% office and 40% work from home. The primary responsibility of this role is to prioritize, review, and deliver First Article Inspections (FAIs) for verification of customer requirements on sustaining parts and development projects. The ideal candidate will have strong blue print reading skills, good communication abilities, and a solid background in manufacturing product/quality.

Responsibilities:

• Prioritize, review, and deliver First Article Inspections (FAIs) for verification of customer requirements on sustaining parts and development projects.
• Perform process quality document assessments for verification of First Article Inspection assessments per SAE AS9102 for verification of customer requirements.
• Conduct thorough and timely FAI reviews to closure and provide performance metrics to support necessary process improvements.
• Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Work with multiple personnel under minimal supervision.
• Complete or exceed daily goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education Qualification:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing or a 2-year college degree.

Required Skills:

• Blue Print Reading
• Good communication
• Good manufacturing product/quality skills

Nice-to-have Skills:

• Programming skills/coding
• Excel graphs/vlookup
• Automation experience

Additional Information:

• Industry experience is needed for this role as it involves reviewing live work with less training involved.
• Extension chances are high due to an influx in work volume.
• The client will not pay for travel and expenses.
