DayToDay Responsbilities:
DAY TO DAY:
- Perform data entry of hospital-submitted information into designated databases with high accuracy.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on incoming documentation, identifying and flagging inconsistencies or missing data.
- Create and manipulate spreadsheets in Excel, including pivot tables, for data tracking and preliminary analysis.
- Develop and manage PDF documents related to the survey and hospital communications.
- Utilize Access databases and other software tools (PowerPoint, Teams) for data management and project communication.
Must Have:
MUST HAVES:
- Proficiency in data entry, Excel (including pivot tables), Access databases, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy; experience in Quality Assurance is a plus.
- Experience in document management and tracking, including creating and managing PDF documents.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working in a remote team environment.
