Shifts:

  • Training Shift: Mon-Fri (Approx 8AM-5PM)
 
Responsibilities:
  • This role handles all treasury products, supporting commercial and business banking clients (with revenues from $5 million to $2 billion) and enterprise employees.
  • Answer 25-30 calls daily, focusing on resolving issues (average talk time: 10 minutes) without strict talk time metrics. Communication covers a wide range of client inquiries.
Required Skills:
  • 3-5+ years’ experience with customer service in enterprise banking or financial call center environment
  • Strong soft skills – “client delight” focused
  • Multitasker, especially between computer systems
  • Receptive to feedback, growth minded, trainable, willing to learn.
  • Proactive communication – on time, engaged.
  • Self-motivated – works independently.
