Job Description:

Join our Health Benefit Solutions (HBS) Operations team as a Client Operations Analyst, supporting the resolution of complex client issues and overseeing critical operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day resolution of escalated client inquiries within SLA and policy guidelines.
  • Support HBS processes including billing reconciliation, fulfillment quality assurance, debit card updates, and privacy mailings.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Track and report on Siebel cases, billing metrics, and fulfillment activities.
  • Assist with audits, regulatory reviews, and special projects.
  • Provide backup support across various operational functions.

Required Skills:

  • Strong client relationship and vendor management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word; familiarity with SharePoint
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Consumer-Directed Healthcare Products (HSA, FSA, HRA)
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
