About the Role:
- Join our Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) team for a to enhance marketing and branding efforts.
- The role is fully remote and focuses on updating employer branding materials to enhance candidate experience and ensure appealing digital content for attracting top talent.
Responsibilities:
- Familiarize with branding guidelines to ensure all materials are appropriately branded
- Assist with branding on landing pages in Phenom People CRM platform
- Review existing content for relevance and proper branding across various channels
- Track updates and recommendations for approval
- Identify process improvements and address issues
- Organize diversity data on and social media
- Present highlights in monthly meetings for new ideas
- Review and rebrand/edit videos for Culture HQ
- Ensure podcast episodes meet branding standards
- Maintain attention to detail and follow best practices
Education Qualification:
- Education in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in content creation, recruitment marketing,, recruitment marketing, or talent attraction
Required Skills:
- Good interpersonal skills for collaboration
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in promoting events and building community connections
