Position Details:
  • Position: Analytics Assistant (Accounts Payable)

  • Location: Chandler, AZ 85286 (Hybrid - 3 weekdays from Office, 2 weekdays from Home)
  • Working Schedule: Monday – Friday (8 AM - 5 PM / 9 AM - 6 PM Arizona Time)
  • Pay Rate: $21 - 23/hour
  • Tentative Start Date: 02/24/2025
Project Scope:
  • Will be working with a 3rd party vendor management team responsible for the relationships and performance of armoured trucking companies that service our ATM machines, Vaults, and bank branches.
  • Performing data analysis and analytics tasks to monitor performance, savings, risks, etc.
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Analysing data to Measuring performance of vendors.
  • Create presentations for scorecard review.
  • Meet with new branches to discuss service needs.
  • Reviewing vendor invoices and cost validations to ensure accuracy.
  • Measuring guidelines adherence and performance.
  • Analyse ATM service to determine if it requires an increase or decrease in service.
Required Skills:
  • Accounts Payable experience.
  • Financial Reporting experience.
  • MS Excel – Experience creating pivot tables and performing data analysis.
  • MS PowerPoint – Creating presentations and templates.
