Project Scope:

Will be working with a 3rd party vendor management team responsible for the relationships and performance of armoured trucking companies that service our ATM machines, Vaults, and bank branches.

Performing data analysis and analytics tasks to monitor performance, savings, risks, etc.
Roles and Responsibilities:
-
Analysing data to Measuring performance of vendors.
-
Create presentations for scorecard review.
-
Meet with new branches to discuss service needs.
-
Reviewing vendor invoices and cost validations to ensure accuracy.
-
Measuring guidelines adherence and performance.
-
Analyse ATM service to determine if it requires an increase or decrease in service.
Required Skills:

Accounts Payable experience.

Financial Reporting experience.

MS Excel – Experience creating pivot tables and performing data analysis.

MS PowerPoint – Creating presentations and templates.
