Location: Tampa, FL (Remote)

Duration: 12 months Contract

Pay Range: $30 - 35/HR

Responsibilities

  • This is a professional-level role requiring deep expertise in a specific area, understanding of industry standards, and knowledge of how the team integrates with other business units.
  • Delivers various training programs (product, technical, systems, sales, behavioural, skills-based) in a virtual environment.
  • Utilizes adult learning principles and diverse instructional methods and media.
  • Delivers nationally developed curricula consistently.
  • Manages the learning environment to ensure desired learning outcomes and knowledge transfer.
  • Possesses knowledge of course content and materials.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in training delivery preferred.
  • Flexible availability to accommodate day and evening training sessions.

Technical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods for virtual training delivery.
  • Reliable personal internet connection and computer equipment.

Skills:

  • Experience with Office applications and virtual learning technologies.
