About the Role:

• We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving project completion and site acquisition, tracking vendor performance, managing project budgets, and ensuring compliance with all leasing, zoning/permitting, environmental, and regulatory policies.
• The Project Coordinator will work in multiple systems, participate in deployment calls with vendors and project teams, and communicate project status effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Drive project completion and site acquisition
• Track vendor performance and update project trackers
• Ensure compliance with leasing, zoning/permitting, environmental, and regulatory policies
• Work in multiple systems
• Manage project budgets
• Participate in deployment calls with vendors and project teams
• Communicate project status effectively
• Analyze evidence, question assumptions, and draw conclusions from data
• Coordinate with outside vendors and internal teams
• Assist with reporting and PO management

Education Qualification:

• Minimum of two-year degree

Required Skill:

• Critical thinking
• Communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel
• Experience with tableau
