Position Details:
Title: Payroll Specialist
Type (Contract, C2H, Perm): Perm- Fulltime
Location: Montreal, Quebec- 3x/week onsite
Shift/Core Hours: 9-5PM
Compensation: $70K-76K+ Benefits
Interview Process: 1 Hour Virtual Interview with Manager
Day to day:
• Meeting Clients
• Gathering Requirements
• Ensuring configuration is done properly
• Managing multiple clients/projects and ensuring they are completed successfully
Must-have/key skills needed:
• 3-5+ Years of Payroll/Accounting/AP/AR positions
• Bilingual (French/English)
• Excellent Communication / Client Service Experience
Pluses/education/certifications:
• Project Management Experience
• Positive Attitude
• Work collaboratively with a team
• PCP Certification or NPI Courses
