Responsbilities:
- Talend experience, at least 2 years, if they are a rockstar with 6 months, they'll still consider and if they used it not too long ago for a long time before their current role they would consider the candidate, it just needs to be a substantial amount.

- Communication and attitude is a huge deal, they have some people on the team learning to use Talend, if this person is an expert, they would love to have them help their teammates out. Also, if there is a fire, they need to be able to effectively communicate it
