Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer
Location: Kennesaw/ Chicago (Hybrid 3x/week)
Pay Range: $65 - $70 per hour

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with a strong background in Salesforce development, particularly with Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud, to join a dynamic, agile team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce technologies, be comfortable with full lifecycle development, and have a passion for creating innovative solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality Salesforce solutions, as well as contributing to both new initiatives and ongoing improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Agile Participation: Actively engage in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and timely project delivery.
Salesforce Development: Design, develop, and implement robust Salesforce solutions with a focus on customizations, integrations, and data migrations.
System Maintenance & Enhancement: Troubleshoot issues, conduct code reviews, and ensure optimal system stability and performance across production environments.
Collaborative Development: Work with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle, from gathering requirements to deployment and ongoing support.
New Development Initiatives: Take part in planning and developing new Salesforce features and functionalities to support business objectives.
Required Qualifications:

8+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, specifically with Sales Cloud.
Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (highly preferred, as this will be part of your daily interactions).
Strong proficiency in Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Flow, Batch Apex, and SOQL.
Expertise in Salesforce Data Modeling, Security configurations, and Approval Processes.
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP, Integration services, and middleware tools.
Familiarity with Salesforce development tools such as Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, Apex APIs, and Data Loader.
