Workday Integration Consultant

Location: Hybrid – Plano, TX | Jersey City, NJ | Chandler, AZ

Job Type: 12-Month Contract
Pay Range: $40 - $45/hr

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Workday Integration Consultant to join a dynamic HR Technology team. This role will focus on providing production support for Workday HCM, ensuring system availability, troubleshooting issues, and managing integrations with other enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day production support for Workday HCM, including Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, and Talent Management.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Workday integrations with systems such as Informatica, Autosys, and internal applications.
• Investigate and resolve Workday-related incidents, escalating when necessary.
• Manage Workday security access and configuration issues.
• Collaborate with HR and business teams to address Workday system needs.
• Work with internal IT teams and the Workday vendor on system updates, patches, and enhancements.
• Maintain and update documentation for Workday processes, configurations, and integrations.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for 24/7 critical system support.
• Manage and track incidents using ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Remedy.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize Workday processes.

Must Haves:

• 2+ years of Workday Production Support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM, including Core HCM, Compensation, and Integrations.
• Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy.
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting Workday security access and integration issues.
• Familiarity with enterprise-level HR systems and processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with banking or financial services environments.
• Familiarity with Informatica, Autosys, or other integration tools.
• Knowledge of HR analytics and reporting.
