About the Role:

  • We are currently seeking multiple Customer Service Representatives to join our team at a healthcare facility in 
  • The ideal candidates will be responsible for answering incoming calls and electronic requests from patients, family members, and external parties to register new patients, schedule healthcare appointments, answer questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems, and provide information on behalf of the institution.
  • Temp to Perm Role.

Responsibilities: 

  • Ensure accurate and timely registration of new patients 
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies or missing information
  • Verify insurance coverage or determine patient self-pay responsibility 
  • Schedule healthcare appointments based on need and guidelines 
  • Interpret physician orders to schedule appointments and tests.
  • Communicate appointment details, preparation instructions, and necessary paperwork. 
  • Write patient-related messages and coordinate immediate triage for emergent situations. 
  • Calm upset callers and escalate priority issues for resolution.

Education Qualification:

  • High School Diploma

Required Skills:

  • Customer service experience
  • Typing skills
  • Computer knowledge
  • Call center experience preferred
  • Medical terminology knowledge a plus 

Pay Range:
$15 - $17.50/hr.
