Must haves:

  • 5+ years of experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow development and implementation.
  • Hands-on experience with SailPoint configurations, workflows, and connectors.
  • Strong programming/scripting skills in Java, Beanshell, and REST APIs.
  • Experience integrating with Active Directory, LDAP, databases (SQL, Oracle, MySQL), and authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
  • Familiarity with legacy IAM systems and transitioning to enterprise IAM solutions.
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for IAM-related issues.

Plusses:

  • SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ/IdentityNow Developer.
  • Experience with CyberArk, Okta, or Ping Identity integrations.
  • Knowledge of cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps automation.
  • Background in security governance, risk management, and compliance reporting.
