Job Description:
Must Haves:
- 3-5+ years of prior contact/call center experience in a banking/financial enterprise.
- Strong soft skills – “client delight”
- Ability to multitask between different computer screens while on the phone with a client resolving an issue.
- 3-5 years Research background.
- Example. Back/middle office work – review reporting, analyzing, etc.
- Quick learner, note taker
- Self-motivated – works independently.
