Title: Voice Engineer
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)
Duration: 12-18 months
Rate Range: $67-$70/hr
DAY TO DAY
- Manages design, configuration, and Certification for a large or several small to medium systems. Deals with most difficult or complex systems and generates new design ideas
- Working with large VoIP network using Cisco Voice collaboration platforms and solutions including Call Manager/CUCM and Unity Connection Voice Mail
MUST HAVES
- 7+ years of experience working in the networking industry
- 5+ years working as a voice engineer
- DEEP skillset in Cisco
- Testing experience
- Cisco Unified Communications experience
o Specifically “Call Manager”
- Route Switch (Cisco tool)
- SIP and Traditional ISDN/PRI Trunking and broad experience with carrier network
- Migrating MS teams to CUCM (or the other way)
