Title - Mortgage Processor 

• This Mortgage Processor will be working on files, moving files quickly into closing, talking with borrowers, looking into mortgage statements and pay statements, validating that all of the page are there before submitting to underwriting. This candidate will also be speaking with external partners over the phone, such as data verify, title companies, appraisal companies. This candidate needs to be detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task.

• Customer focused mindset - they would love someone who is a people person
• Mortgage processing knowledge - ideally 1 year or more, but they have had success with candidates with 6 months if they're eager to learn
• Self-starter - they need someone who is able to work independently

• Basic technical knowledge, being able to set up a computer if they're working remotely
• This team will be migrating from using Empower to Encompass on May 5th, if they have working knowledge of either system it would be a plus
