Job Description:
- Support program and project managers by governing financial forecasts and reporting on outcomes.
- Mitigate monthly variances between forecasts and actuals, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
- Create and manage allocation reports for project-level resource tracking and forecasting.
- Research and resolve funding or allocation discrepancies and assist in financial planning.
- Present financial insights to leadership, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Must Haves:
- Finance background with experience in forecasting, allocations, and project financial governance.
- Expert Excel skills (pivot tables, SUMIFs, VLOOKUPs).
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and team-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Plusses:
- Experience with TPAS, PCM, PMMT.
- Financial analysis skills and familiarity with project financial governance tools.
