Duties:
This role will be responsible for quarterly filings on Form 10-Q/10-K with the SEC, including:
- Preparing financial statements, Notes, and MD&A.
- Overseeing accounting for the company's capital structure (debt and equity).
- Preparing the statement of cash flows.
- Preparing Form 8-K for quarterly earnings release and related investor presentation materials.
Required Skills:
- Experience preparing and filing Forms 10-Q/10-K with the SEC through EDGAR.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
- Strong experience using Workiva.
- Strong knowledge of accounting for stock-based compensation.
- Ability to prepare a statement of cash flows.
- Ability to coordinate deliverables across multiple functions outside of finance.
Experience:
- 7-10 years of relevant experience.
Education:
- B.S. with a concentration in Accounting.
