Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support via phone and chat for internal employees.
  • Troubleshoot applications, proprietary systems, and basic hardware/network issues.
  • Manage multiple live chats and document tickets for escalation when needed.
  • Meet performance targets for customer service and issue resolution.

Required Skills:

  • Strong client care and customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, SharePoint, VPN, and Citrix.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Experience with ITSM tools (Remedy preferred) and agent chat support.


    Pay Rate Range: $19/HR - $20/HR
