Title: KYC Team Lead

Duration: Fulltime

Location: Montreal, QC/ Toronto, ON- Hybrid - 3x/week in office

Start Date: ASAP

Compensation: $85000- $90000

Interview process: 2 rounds

Must Haves:

2-3 years of experience as a Team Leader in an AML-related function.
2+ years of experience working under the PCMLTFA (Terrorist Financing Act) in Canada.
Strong understanding of AML compliance and client due diligence (CDD) frameworks.
Experience conducting KYC reviews for Canadian legal entities.
Excellent leadership, people management and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
