Title: KYC Team Lead
Duration: 2+ Years Long with potential extension and conversion
Location: Montreal, QC/ Toronto, ON- Hybrid - 3x/week in office
Start Date: ASAP
Compensation: $45-$50
Interview process: 2 rounds
Must Haves:
- 2-3 years of experience as a Team Leader in an AML-related function.
- 2+ years of experience working under the PCMLTFA (Terrorist Financing Act) in Canada.
- Strong understanding of AML compliance and client due diligence (CDD) frameworks.
- Experience conducting KYC reviews for Canadian legal entities.
- Excellent leadership, people management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Pluses:
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting or law.
- CAMS, CFCS or other relevant compliance certifications.
- Experience in a FINTRAC-regulated industry or Money Services Business.
