Lead Salesforce Developer
Locations: San Francisco, CA/Chandler, AZ
Duration: 12-24 Months
Payrate: $70-80/hr (Hybrid 2/3days & rest remote)

Mission:

• We are looking for a Lead Salesforce developer to help develop new features on CRV (Customer Relationship View) application.
• They will be working on the Employee Journey project which is part of an overall effort to enable each customer journey, aligned team to deliver functionality quickly, autonomously, and with stability.

Day to Day:

• Developing new features for an application already set up to be used by millions of people, internal (bankers) and external (customers) as a sales cloud platform.
• These developers should have experience with some sort of customer relationship tool in the past. These tools will be developed to service bankers and customers by giving online and in-person transactions. 
• Attending Scrum meeting and calls.
• Participating on Development Lead calls.
• Developing for salesforce.com

Must Haves:

• 10+ years of total programming/systems analysis experience and 5+ years of relevant experience with emphasis in applications and systems engineering development, database technologies.
• 5+ years with Salesforce development, customer portal, web services, Lightning, Apex, SOSQL, Visual force, Eclipse IDE, Data Loader, reports and Dashboards.
• 3+ years of developing lightening components.
• 3+ years working in Pain based integrations like SOAP/REST/Odata

Nice to Have:

• 3+ years’ experience in agile development
• Experienced with any open-source technology, the team is currently using GIT.
• Will accept any other open-source tech experience.
