Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Procedure Rewriting & Migration:
- Rewrite and standardize approximately 3,300 operational procedures from PDF format for upload into the KMS.
- Ensure all procedures are clear, concise, and accurate for a US-based audience of engineers, operators, and field workers.
- KMS Integration:
- Upload and format procedures within the KMS
- Compliance & Standardization:
- Contribute to the project's goal of achieving and maintaining compliance with regulatory agencies and company policies.
- Collaboration & Communication:

Work closely with onshore and offshore team members alike.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in the oil and gas industry, specifically Midstream operations.
- Strong understanding of technical documentation principles and best practices.
- Ability to translate complex technical information into clear and concise documentation.
