Job Title: Workday System Analyst
Location: Atlanta, GA
Pay Rate: $45/hr - $53/hr
DayToDay Responsbilities:
Responsibilities:
- Workday System Support:
- Provide day-to-day support for Workday HCM modules (e.g., Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent Management).
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, including configuration, data, and integration problems.
- Respond to user inquiries and provide timely and accurate support.
- Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for Workday configurations.
- Document requirements, processes, and system configurations.
- Workday Configuration and Testing:
- Configure Workday modules to meet business requirements.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure system functionality and data integrity.
- Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing.
- Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain data integrity and accuracy within Workday.
- Generate and analyze Workday reports to support business decisions.
- Assist with data migrations and integrations.
- System Enhancements and Upgrades:
- Participate in Workday system upgrades and enhancements.
- Evaluate new Workday features and recommend improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with Workday releases and best practices.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure effective system utilization.
- Communicate system changes and updates to users.
- Provide training and support to end-users.
Must Have:
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Workday HCM modules.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Workday certifications.
