Title: Senior Project Manager/ Functional Project Manager
Type (Contract, C2H, Perm): Perm
Compensation: $100-$110K (Open)
Location: Montreal, QC- Hybrid
Shift/Core Hours: 9-5PM
Interview Process: 3 Rounds
Must-have/key skills needed:
• 10 years in PM (Functional PM)
• Work with Senior Leadership and have an executive spark (assertive, charismatic, delivering messaging in an exciting way)
• Business Development and Sales background highly desired
• Knowledge of functional areas, plus in-depth knowledge of related company products is a nice-to-have.
• Demonstrate project leadership skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Competence in MS Office Applications, including MS Project.
• Demonstrated project leadership.
• Demonstrated conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent communication skills (persuasion, motivation).
• Excellent analysis skills.
• Strong relationship building/networking skills.
