Must Have:
- Agentic AI Experience – Practical experience with LangChain, AutoGen, LangGraph or similar frameworks; able to describe implementations and role.
- GenAI Integration Experience – Hands-on work with GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, or LLaMA including prompt engineering, API integration, chaining.
- Strong Python Skills – Ability to build, test, and deploy machine learning or AI pipelines using Python libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn).
- Software Engineering Mindset – Solid fundamentals around modular design, Git, APIs, unit testing, and working within a team of developers.
- Cloud & CI/CD Familiarity – Comfort with MLOps practices, containerization (Docker), and basic deployment pipelines is a strong plus.
- Excellent Communication – Able to document and explain technical work clearly to teammates and stakeholders.
