Title - Mortgage Closing Specialist

Duration - 05 Months (Possible Extension)

Location - NY 14203 (Open for Remote/Hybrid for local people)

Pay Range - 20-25$/hr

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Associates degree plus a minimum of 1 year prior business experience or a minimum of 1 year combined Closing experience and customer service experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined 3 years higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 1 year prior business experience or a minimum of 1 year combined Closing experience and customer service experience.
Strong PC skills with knowledge of spreadsheet, word processing, and email software.
Ability to make sound decisions based on information provided.
Versatility and flexibility working within an ever changing fast paced mortgage environment.
Ability to adapt to new policies and procedures to improve processes and workflow.
Ability to function within time constraints.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize daily workload.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Strong work ethic, reliable and dependable.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
Prior Mortgage experience in Mortgage Closing whether at a Lender,
Title Company or Settlement Agent's office.
Solid knowledge of Department software.
Knowledge of Product, Investor and Compliance Requirements
