Day to Day Responsibilities
  • Support Equipment Operations.
  • Seek ways to improve individual work processes within established procedures.
  • Perform routine equipment operations tasks.
  • Attention to detail, ability to shift priorities as workflow changes, able to perform and conduct themselves in a professional environment.
  • Production-based environment.
  • Staff remains until work is done, this can be a shorter or longer day.
  • The expectation is they can stay later.
  • Lunches and breaks need to be taken.
  • Primarily scanning and imaging, working on a machine called a Falcon Red.
  • Machine opens mail and they are responsible for extracting the mail.
  • This is all done on one machine in a fluid motion.
  • It is important to be professional, this is discussed in the training they receive.
  • It's a bonus if they have mailroom experience
  • Ability to key alpha-numeric.
  • 10 key as well.
  • Everyone is cross-trained
