Salary Range: 30.00 - 32.00 | Per Hour

Must Have:

2 - 3 years of experience in a similar position.

2–3 years of hands-on support experience in an MSP environment.

Advanced technical knowledge in Windows servers, networking protocols, and endpoint support.

Solid experience with Cisco Meraki devices, network troubleshooting, and email security systems.

Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation and support tasks.
-
Group Policy, Exchange, Hybrid environments, switches, firewalls, network understanding, PowerShell scripting, and SSL certificates (advanced).

MS technologies such as GPO, DNS, Intune, MDM, and Autopilot.
-
Experience with the Azure cloud is also important.
