Must Have:

  • 2 - 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on support experience in an MSP environment.
  • Advanced technical knowledge in Windows servers, networking protocols, and endpoint support.
  • Solid experience with Cisco Meraki devices, network troubleshooting, and email security systems.
  • Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation and support tasks.
  • Proven ability to manage high-pressure situations and effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
  • 100% Remote
