About the Role:

  • The Employee Relations Consultant will handle complaints raised through internal escalation channels, conduct investigations, cultural assessments, and facilitate discussions to resolve conflicts.
  • They will advise stakeholders on Employee Relations best practices, partner with Legal on legal matters, draft HR policies, support HR projects, and analyze data for reporting.

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage internal investigations from review to resolution 
  • Advise stakeholders on Employee Relations best practices 
  • Partner with Legal on legal matters
  • Draft or revise HR Policies & Procedures
  • Support or lead HR projects 
  • Analyze data and develop reporting 
  • Proactively identify and resolve workplace conflicts 
  • Other duties as needed

Education Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Required Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and compliance experience
  • Experience in managing change/transformation within a business 
  • Ability to conduct investigations independently 
  • Experience with case management systems like Service Now 
  • Data analytics skills to identify trends and patterns

Pay Range:
$35 - $43
