Must Have:
- 2 - 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- 2–3 years of hands-on support experience in an MSP environment.
- Advanced technical knowledge in Windows servers, networking protocols, and endpoint support.
- Solid experience with Cisco Meraki devices, network troubleshooting, and email security systems.
- Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation and support tasks.
- Proven ability to manage high-pressure situations and effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
- 100% Remote in St. Louis, Missouri.
