Job Title: Project Coordinator - Telecom
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6-8 months Contract, possibility to extend up to a year
Location: Austin, TX
Pay Rate: $64-$69/hr
This person will be coming in to help with an influx of M&A project work to facilitate different tasks with organization, telecom & utility vendors, accounting, etc.
Must haves:
- 2+ years working as a Project Coordinator in the telecom field
- Great communication & organization skills
- Strong IT and telecom expense accounting background
- Excellent with numbers, data tracking, and analysis
- Experience working with utility and telecom companies
- Solid audit and research skills
- Proficient in report creation and status documentation
Day to Day:
- Track and coordinate cancellation of telecom lines based on technician feedback
- Perform audit-style research related to telecom and utility accounts
- Prepare and distribute weekly and bi-weekly status and financial reports
- Work closely with utility companies to monitor and manage expenses
- Maintain accurate records and reporting around IT and telecom spend
