Job Title: Systems Engineer

Lob Location: Remote

Pay Range: $35/hr to $40/hr 

DayToDay Responsbilities:

• Oversee installation, troubleshooting, integration, and commissioning of robotics equipment.
• Provide technical oversight for all robotics equipment installations.
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders during deployments.
• Identify and resolve technical issues in real-time.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for deployment processes.
• Support and guide on-site and remote robotic technology installations.
• Lead teams of engineers and trades during deployment projects.

Must Have:

• BS degree in Engineering or a closely related STEM field.
• 3+ years of experience working on mechanical, electrical, IT networked, or software systems.
• Expertise in robotics, complex electro-mechanical systems, and networked engineering.
• Strong initiative and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

NiceToHave:

• Practical understanding of network fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, routing, switching, HTTP).
• Experience in a role with a minimum of 50% travel.
• Ability to demonstrate past use of data to drive decision-making processes.
• Familiarity with LEAN or Six Sigma (certifications are a plus).
• Ability to take independent initiative when presented with a business need.
• Ability to recognize process gaps and take ownership in developing solutions.
