Job Title: Test Coordinator
Location: Chicago, IL
Duration: 6-12 Months
Job Summary:
As a Test Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will lead and coordinate testing activities across multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies.
- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers.
- Coordinate testing activities across different teams (development, product management, etc.).
- Track and report on testing progress and metrics.
- Identify and mitigate testing risks.
- Analyze test results and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Implement and improve testing processes and methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices.

Collaborate with project managers to ensure on-time delivery.

Add on : these test coordinators will coordinate with different teams (i.e business, product managers, dev, QA etc) and will drive UAT testing.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 5 years in a lead or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JMeter).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
