Pay Range: $30-$33/hr.
About the Role
- The Data Analyst will support the Real Estate technology team by creating visual management through data entry and automation support.
- This role involves building and maintaining SharePoint lists, developing visual reports using Power BI, and supporting broader automation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain SharePoint lists
- Develop visual reporting within Power BI
- Support broader automation efforts
Education Qualification:
- 5 years of experience using MS Platform tools required
- Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Accounting, IT, Engineering, or a related field preferred
Required Skill:
- Experience in creating medium to complex visuals using Power BI
- Experience in creating medium to complex automation using Power Automate
- Experience in creating and maintaining lists and libraries in SharePoint Online
- Experience in Business Analytics and Optimization, Tableau, MS SQL, and/or VBA is a plus!
