DayToDay Responsbilities:

:  Mostly work in the lab, debug on lab site, report issue and work with technician to resolve the issues or escalate to other lead engineers. The candidate should be able to use scopes/logic analyzers, CAN tools, or soldering irons. Understand the interaction between each boards and debug the problem and identify whether it is hardware or firmware issues.  Designing and implementing test infrastructure as buck setup or HIL platform. Must be comfortable with hands-on lab work (including the use of scopes/logic analyzers, CAN tools, soldering irons, etc. as needed to support integration). Execute the test plan for new products with continuous feedback for new firmware revisions. Exceptional analytical problem solving skills, able to identify and surface issues within complex HW/SW systems. Effective communicator and excellent attention to detail. Preferable to have experience working on high voltage/high power system. In terms of high voltage systems, Client works with Battery as DC side about ~1KV and grid sim or actual grid as AC side as 480V. total power about 50KVA and any experience with this is a huge plus.

Must Haves:

  • 2-3 years’ hands on experience with a solid EE background
  • Must be comfortable with hands-on lab work (including the use of scopes/logic analyzers, CAN tools, soldering irons, etc. as needed to support integration).
  • Must be able to identify complex issues between HW/SW systems as well as execute test plans for new products with feedback for new firmware revisions.
  • Any high voltage/DC/Power experience
  • Must understand Buck setup with DC and AC power supply, we have our own control board and connected to AC/DC power converter. On this setup, we will have meter or PV inverter connection as well.
